Add the bag to your thighs in Heros Pose or on your back in Childs Pose to deepen your stretch. The zipper bag can hold up to 10 pounds of sand that is easy to fill and is machine washable. A sturdy top carry handle makes it easy to carry or position in poses. Sand not included. We recommend placing the sand in an internal bag before inserting into the sand bag for added protection.
